Charges:
  • Negotiable.  Usually, $600 per class plus reasonable expenses.

  • What numbers are we talking about?
  • From Arlington, Virginia to Pensacola, Florida, for instance:
    • Airfare is about $200
    • A rental car would be about $250
    • Four days lodging and food would be about $250
    • Two days teaching would be about $1200
    For a grand total of:
    • $1900 more or less, say $2,000.
  • If more classes are taught on the same trip, the cost per class will go down, but that’s a good figure for budgetary processes
  • Clustering classes makes the expense per class less.
  • Coordinating with other Centers makes the classes more affordable for all.
